Cancellation policy

By purchasing a subscription product from Loomr, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below:

Frequency & Amount
You will be billed every 30 days at the amount shown when you subscribe. Your total may include applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Recurring Charges
When you subscribe to a product, you authorize Loomr to automatically charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis. Charges will continue until you cancel your subscription.

Optional Subscription
Our Monthly Refill subscription is completely optional. You can choose between a one-time purchase and subscription where available.

Confirmation
After subscribing, you will receive an email confirming your subscription and first order.

Manage or Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order is processed by using the cancellation or subscription management link provided in your subscription emails, or by contacting Loomr Support for assistance.

When contacting us, please include your full name and order number so we can locate your subscription quickly.

Deadline to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Renewals
Each scheduled refill automatically creates a new order and charges the payment method associated with your subscription.

Orders Already Processed
If a renewal order has already been processed or shipped before we receive your cancellation request, we may be unable to stop that shipment. Cancelling your subscription will prevent future renewals.
